Order Processing & Shipping

Unless an item is clearly marked as “Pre-Order” in the product description, your order is not considered a pre-order.

If an item is not in stock, we will notify you by phone within 3 business days of placing your order.
If you do not receive a phone call within 3 business days notifying you that the item is out of stock, you can expect your order to be processed and shipped within 1–5 business days.
Delivery Time
Shipping times begin after the order has been processed and shipped. Delivery time can vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Backorders & Stock Issues
If we are unable to fulfill an item due to stock issues and we do contact you within 3 days, you will have the option to:
